Hi, welcome to our new leaders training module. Now, if you're watching from another church or if you're a pastor wanting to use this training with your own leaders, you're very welcome. Please note that this training is accompanied by our leaders handbook. And so we hope that you'll be able to receive the downloadable notes that goes along with this. And please note that this whole training lasts for about two hours in total at Spline split into four sessions. Session one will be covering the heart of our life groups. Why we do what we do. Session two will be on the role of the life group leader. Session three will be on the life group environment. A session for will be on life group multiplication. So the best way to use this is if you want to go for an hour to do session one to three and then take a bit of a break and then session for will be for about 50 minutes. We also do have thinking and reflection exercises, which you can use with your leaders and you can pause on the screen and give them time to reflect and write down what they can do it in their own time as well. So we pray that you'll be blessed by this teaching. And we do know that in churches there's various ways and various models that you have, whether it's small groups, small groups, life groups or connect groups or whatever way you call them. We do know that small groups are vitally important to the life of the church because it holds the church together and builds community and more importantly, it builds disciples. So we pray that you'll be blessed with this teaching and that your groups will continue to also grow and be healthy and flourish. So God bless each one of you.
