Key Summaries1) We will have standup meeting with ACN on every Tue during 2-2:30 pm. It's the short meeting to raise any issues and discuss any concerns we have. This is for core members to join here (all 8 people in this group line chat).Note. The Thursday weekly meeting status will carry on the same as well.2) Regarding the Robo Advisor platform, ACN will do research with their regional teams and get back to us. We expect them to get back to us the earliest by next Fri (if possible).If we fully understand how the market operates and get some ideas already. Then the ACN team proposes to let P'Keng (IT Inno) to make the decision how to build this platform which might need phasing here. What the ACN team saw yesterday was actually the business conceptual design, so they weren't quite sure yet whether we need to build a new platform or can integrate with any existing one that we have in KTB.Nevertheless, which team (KTB, ACN or Vendor) will build this platform needs further discussions later.The ACN team also mentioned that SCB didn't build a new Robo platform but integrated with their existing MFOA platform so they would investigate more what could be the best practice for us based on our vision presented.3) Due to shortage of people in overall KTB projects, we may only get ACN PM and BA to support in building Robo Advisor Wave B. This decision needs to wait until 6 August for P'Pum to prioritize work here. Then we will know how to move forward later.
